The Harlow Alliance Party was formed in January 2018 by residents living in the Harlow area.   We provide an independent voice for people that live in the area.  We believe that on local issues, local people should decide without national political party influence.

  • Harlow Museum The museum are holding a number of events in the coming months including “Terrific Tudors” in April, Half -term activities in May and an “Enchanted Garden” event on 31 May and a “Hands on History” event on Tuesday 29 July to 2 August.   • Harlow Fella’s Forum Join a forum where men can talk about their hobbies, interests, health and wellbeing. Contact Scott Tatum at scott.tatum@healthwatchessex.org.uk.

  • Great Parndon Community Centre A variety of activities take place at the centre, including pickleball, table tennis, chair yoga, social games and line dancing. Contact Kelly on 07939025359 for more information.

  • Parkinsons table tennis group Friendly coached sessions for people with Parkinsons. Partners, carers/spouses welcome too. Norman Booth Centre, Elderfield, Mulberry Green, Harlow CM17 OEY Fridays from 2-4pm. £4 per session. Contact sandynashtt@gmail.com for more information.

  • Paringdon Pirates walking football team The Paringdon Pirates womens walking football team are looking for new players. Whether you have played before or want to try for the first time, everyone is welcome. Please contact Anna at annahutson27@hotmail.com for more information.

  • Bulky waste collections To dispose of bulky items such as chairs, sofas, book a collection visit www.harlow.gov.uk/bins-and-recycling/special-waste-collections

  • Recycling centre bookings Remember that residents residents wishing to use the centre (other than if arriving on foot or are a blue badge holder) will need to book an appointment.
